A well-established independent company that undertakes social and market research for the public sector across the UK is looking to recruit a Senior Researcher. The company offers attractive employment conditions with a permanent team of around fifty colleagues based in a modern office complex in central Swansea.
The team works on a wide range of interesting, varied and rewarding projects across sectors
including public health, criminal justice, housing and education. Most work is commissioned by local and national government, other public bodies and charities, and studies include evidence-based assessments and evaluations to inform policy development. The team also provides advice to clients and undertakes public consultations on a range of sensitive and often contentious issues.
We are expanding our talented team and would welcome applications from Senior Researchers with at least 3 years relevant vocational experience, typically at a research agency or with a client-based research team. Professionals from other industries and academic researchers are also encouraged to apply where they have relevant skills, in particular those with experience in public sector policy development or specialist knowledge which could complement and expand our research portfolio.
