We are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to make outbound calls to homeowners and private tenants throughout England and Wales, looking for properties which are in fuel poverty, to help the customer substantially reduce their carbon footprint and energy bills. All work carried out is completely free of charge for the customer.  

We install air source heat pump central heating systems, solar panels and a variety of insulation measures which the agent will need a comprehensive understanding of and be able to explain the benefits to the customer for them to take advantage of the schemes available. Full training will be provided on this. The numbers dialled will come through an automatic dialler system to give the agent the best chance of speaking to the most people possible within the eluded time in order to gain sales. 
 
The agent can also receive inbound enquiries from potential customers contacting us to see if they qualify for the schemes. The agent will also deal with existing customers who are calling into the company and passing information on for the customer service/project managing teams to call the customer back to resolve any queries. There is a fantastic bonus available on top of salary, which is uncapped, in addition to weekly incentives. Working hours are Monday and Tuesday 9.00am-5.30pm; Wednesday 10.00am-7.30pm; Thursday 10.30am-7.00pm; Friday 9.00am-4.00pm.
