We are looking for a payroll/admin apprentice to join our team in the centre of Swansea. The chosen candidate would spend time gaining practical experience within our office, as a part of a small payroll/admin team. The role would also include studying towards a business administration qualification, with training given by a local training provider. We are passionate about providing extensive, career-building training, to set employees up for a bright future. We are a close-knit team, who welcome any new employees warmly and help share our experience and knowledge with one another. 

 

Many of our apprentices are offered full time positions within our firm at the end of their apprenticeship, so there is a career opportunity available for those apprentices who prove themselves during their twelve-month contract. You can expect to make friends, learn in a relaxed, yet professional environment, and kick start a life-long career. 

 

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have a friendly and professional telephone manner, and be comfortable dealing with clients once they progress. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 5pm, Friday 8:45 – 3.45pm, with an hour break for lunch.
