A family-owned vending company providing a service to businesses across South & West Wales is looking to recruit an Office & Accounts Administrator due to their current Office Manager looking to retire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a growing company.

The role is diverse and would suit someone with an interest in accountancy, administration, and business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop within the role with the responsibilities growing as you become more qualified within the role. The day to day accounting duties will include sales ledger, assisting with the purchase ledger, credit control, processing the payroll and cash management and producing cash reports for Senior Management.

The administration duties will include assisting with HR Administration, creation of offer letters, training records and pensions, receiving service calls and logging on our internal system, answering customer calls, creation of customer details onto our system, stock control and entering stock onto the system, assisting with the risk assessments and assisting with the quality systems and audits to ensure we keep our accreditations.
