We are looking for an Inbound Customer Retention Agent to on our multi-skilled department. Candidates will be computer literate and comfortable supporting customers via the phone. Customers will rely on you to answer their questions, address their concerns, and help them with a particular product or service. When a customer calls to break up with us, you’ll go out of your way to make things right. We need you to be the voice of the brand! You must be confident in communication, adaptable, and work well in a team.
