Customer Service Representatives

£19,000 – £20,000
Full Time (40 hpw, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm)

A global outsourcing company are looking to hire at least 20 new staff due to winning a new contract with a large organisation. The role will be working in a professional contact centre dealing with inbound calls from businesses or business owners.

Customer Service Representatives will need to apply sound judgement and take responsibility for resolving each call as efficiently and effectively as possible.

The role will involve answering a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed service levels, logging information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records and resolving all complaints during first point of contact wherever possible.
