We are seeking a Commis Chef to join our successful kitchen team. This role would suit someone looking to further their skills and career within an establishment offering a very high standard of food and constantly looking to improve and innovate. 

As the Commis Chef, you’ll be at the heart of the action – assisting with the preparation of meals, organising ingredients, and keeping the kitchen clean. By reporting to and being under the supervision of the Chef de Partie, you’ll be a key member of the team whose role is integral to the smooth operation and delivery of the Kitchen operations. This role is a kitchen entry level position with the opportunity to progress and further your skills. 

You will be responsible for the organisation, stock rotation and labelling of food stored ensuring that all administration for your section is completed and complies with the regulations set. In this role, you’ll guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing the high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all food-related outlets.
