We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to be hands on and work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of our busy kitchen. You will need to have the ability to work all sections as and when required, follow recipes and presentation specifications, maintain a clean work station and adhere to health and safety standards.   

Our chosen candidate will have a passion for exceeding customer expectations by providing high quality food in a timely manner whilst having an understanding and appreciation for cost efficiency. We cook everything from scratch so you must share our love of fresh ingredients, have a passion for flavours and a can-do attitude.  You will report to our Head Chef but be able to work independently and oversee the running of the kitchen when the head chef isn’t there.
