£26,000 – £27,000 per annum
Your role as a sous chef will include running of the kitchen on a day-to-day basis in the absence of the Head Chef. You will be required to lead and inspire the team at peak times to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at all times.
An integral part of your role will be to ensure consistency of produce throughout the kitchen and maintain company standards and expectations set from the outset. Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a level that is compliant with restaurant standards. You will need to support the management team to ensure targets are met with labour and food costs. You must be compliant to food labeling and temperature controls.
