An exciting position has arisen for an Office Admin/Reception Apprentice who will train in all aspects of the office and reception
This role will involve operating reception duties such as answering the phone in a polite and professional manner, and be able to ascertain if the incoming calls are
genuine or sales calls before passing them through to the required person.
Duties will include responding to and sending emails on behalf of the organisation, managing customer expectations, accurately filing documents and welcoming visitors into the office.
The right candidate will be able to multi-task and switch between tasks to suit the needs of the business, and have strong relationship building skills to efficiently work with suppliers and colleagues.
