This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain their first administration role working for a leading Wealth Management company.
The role will involve answering enquiries, updating records, ensuring back-office systems are updated, obtaining valuations and producing client packs and meeting and greeting clients.
Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role so it is not essential to have previous administration experience, but you must be IT literate, hardworking and work well as part of a team. Wealth Management is a highly regulated environment so attention to detail and accurately entering all work entered on systems is essential. The employer needs an honest, and trustworthy individual who is flexible and adaptable. This is a busy office requiring organisation skills and the ability to switch tasks comfortably.
