Reconciling & ensuring the central booking system is accurately maintained. Handling phone call enquiries. Invoicing & purchasing duties 4. Document processing (archiving). Supporting client requests for documentation. Applying for accreditation cards & certificates. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual, who is keen to learn in a dynamic environment.
The individual must be able to work as part of a team and able work towards deadlines. The individual must also have good numeracy skills and the ability to effectively communicate with others both within the company and externally.
As part of your induction/ ongoing training, you will also receive essential skills training including First Aid at Work, Manual Handling & Fire Safety
No qualifications are required; however GCSE English & Maths are desirable.
