We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Administration Assistant to join a dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for the architectural industry and a desire to develop their administrative and organisational skills.
As an Apprentice Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice, including media and public relations, receptionist duties, and business administration. More specifically, duties will include assisting with the management of social media accounts (including content creation and scheduling), greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls and managing the business inbox, responding to new leads and enquiries and maintaining a database of leads.
To be successful in this role you will meet all entry requirements for a Business Administration Apprenticeship in addition to strong organisation and communication skills. You will be familiar with various social media platforms and have a basic knowledge of social media management tools. Successful candidates must be able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a service-oriented, courteous and proactive attitude. Previous experience in a similar role within the architecture/construction industry and the ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.
